I highly recommend Susie! She was amazing with the short-sale of our home. We had always heard what a nightmare a short-sale can be, but with Susie the process was very smooth and relatively quick compared to others I have heard about. She knows everything that needs done and how to do it. I never had to go searching for information on my own. She had wonderful recommendations for a negotiator and attorney for us to use. She was always willing to answer our questions and kept us updated. We were able to relax knowing she was taking very good care of us. (less)

We contacted Susie as an agent to purchase a home. We gave her our perimeters and she kept them in line with what she showed us. When we wanted to see a house on short notice she was able to arrange it. We enjoyed working with her and felt we had known her for a longer periord of time as that was how comfortable she made us feel. I would recommend her in an instant. (less)
